WIN: FREE Money-Sense Book!

Hello! This post features a giveaway contest, with the prize provided by USAA. For full contest rules and to enter, please visit the MilKids Ed Facebook page!

I’m super pumped today because USAA has given me the opportunity to share an awesome teaching and learning tool with YOU!

The fabulous Ellen Sabin wrote “The Nickels, Dimes, and Dollars Book” to help teach children in middle elementary to middle school all about money sense and sound financial strategies. And I just love it!

The real-world based information and problems are presented in easy to understand language, making it a super approachable way to get kids interested in money matters. Kids will quickly grasp these tricky concepts, and practice essential math skills to boot.

As a bonus, there are FREE Parent and Teacher Guides on Ms Sabin’s website!

How amazing!

I’m already planning ways to use this in my classroom as a teaching tool to help my students better understand money and fiscal responsibility.
